We use the top local lettings agents to bring us a selection of offers ensuring we maximise your rental income.
12% + VAT - Year 1 taken monthly from rent recieved
6% + VAT - Subsquent years taken monthly from rent recieved

Already have tenants in place? Let us take it from here. Our full property management service is designed for landlords who want to step back while staying fully informed. We handle rent collection, maintenance coordination, routine inspections, compliance checks and tenant communication so you don’t have to.
